Accepting these terms
By using Tadbir, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
What Tadbir does
Tadbir is a personal spending app. It reads bank and wallet messages to show your transactions and budget. Tadbir is not a bank, never moves money, and never connects to your bank accounts.
Plans and prices
- 3 months: 29.99 SAR, renews every 3 months.
- 1 year: 99.99 SAR, renews every year.
- One-time purchase: 329.99 SAR, paid once.
Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT; the store may show them in your local currency. We may change prices for new customers. We’ll tell you before any change that affects your plan, as the store rules require.
Free trial
The 3-month and 1-year plans start with a 14-day free trial, once per store account. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the paid plan starts automatically. The one-time purchase has no free trial.
Renewal and cancelling
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Plans renew automatically for the same length and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; the renewal is charged within those last 24 hours.
Manage or cancel in your store account settings. After you cancel, your plan keeps working until the paid period ends.
One-time purchase
The one-time purchase unlocks Tadbir’s paid features on that store account, with no renewals, for as long as the app is available and offered. You can restore it on a new phone with the same store account.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Apple or Google, and refunds follow their policies. To ask: reportaproblem.apple.com for iPhone, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions for Android.
Accuracy, not financial advice
The app reads transactions from messages automatically and can sometimes get an amount, shop or category wrong. You can fix any transaction. The figures in the app are a guide; your bank statement is the official record. Tadbir does not give financial or investment advice.
Your use
Use the app for your own messages and accounts, and lawfully. You are responsible for keeping your phone secure; we recommend turning on the app lock.
Changes to the app and these terms
We may improve the app, change features or stop some of them. If we change these terms in an important way, we update this page and its date; using the app after that means you accept them.
Limitation of liability
Tadbir is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the app or relying on its figures, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
iPhone users
If you got Tadbir from the App Store, Apple’s standard licence agreement also applies. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
